Mt Pleasant Church Cemetery
Charles City County, Virginia

Established in 1813 by members of the Charles City Church. Some graves here include Mrs Sally Cowles Vaiden (Apr 25, 1781- May 11, 1850), wife of Joseph Vaiden Esq. Also Confederate soldiers William B Ammons, Francis A Ammons and Albert W Marable, all of Co K 53 Virginia Infantry. One large tree was lost here due to Hurricane Isabelle in Sept 2003 that destroyed a fence and knocked down some markers.
