Cross Roads Church Cemetery
Bell Buckle, Bedford County, Tennessee

Cross Roads Church of Crist was established 1832 according to the date above the doors. I do not know if this building has been there since 1832, but it does appear to be a very old church building. The cemetery is to the east and south of the church building. There are some newer graves. There is also a walled-in area that could be older than the church itself, with most names inside being from the Coop family. It also appeared that it was being used as a 'play area' as there were many childrens toys scattered about the graves inside the rock wall when I visited. One of the graves is of Horatio Coop, Revolutionary War Soldier. Some of the graves around his are simple fieldstones.
